At LULU Art Ink, every order is custom printed just for you, making each item unique. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to restock, resell, or exchange any orders.

Review Before Purchase:
We recommend that you carefully review the images and information provided on the product page to ensure that the product type, color, layout, and design scale meet your expectations. Our products are made-to-order, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items:
While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personal preferences, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we stand by our Happiness Guarantee. Please contact our customer service within [30 days] days of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect or damage, and we will be happy to assist you.
